It was October 17th 2019 in San Diego, Leah and Freddy just so happened to be at the same bar both out with coworkers after a long day of work. Leah spotted a tall, dark, and handsome man across the room and may or may not have tried “peacocking” around him to get his attention… but unfortunately, he didn’t notice. After several not-so-subtle attempts, she eventually returned to her group. That’s when her friend decided to step in. She walked right up to Freddy and said, “I have a friend you should buy a drink for. Her name is Leah.” When he asked where she was, her friend pointed her out and thankfully, he said yes. A few minutes later, Freddy walked over and asked Leah if he could buy her a drink. One drink quickly turned into a whole night of talking, laughing, dancing, and sharing their first kiss. From that night on, they both knew something special had begun.
