For friends and family traveling from out of town, welcome to Wheaton! We're excited for you to witness the spectacular beauty of Illinois in December. (It will be cold and gray, probably, but you can see beauty in this if you are willing to.)
Bring a coat and perhaps a jaunty scarf if you are so inclined. The average temperature range for our wedding weekend is 23°-38° F and snow is possible.
For those planning to fly, O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport are about 40 and 55 min from Wheaton, respectively. (A tip based on Leah's many journeys through O'Hare: if you happen to travel through Terminal 1 and are interested in having an experience that will dazzle you, take the tunnel between Concourses B and C.)
For those planning to drive, there are roads all over the place. Gas stations, too.
