Can I come to the wedding if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

No. You will be billed for the cost of your meal and any additional costs that may occur.

What should I wear?

Answer

Women should opt for a tea-length, knee-length, or midi look; men should wear a suit and tie/bowtie. The weather is likely going to be cool, in the 50's-60's so be sure to bring a jacket!

Is there a route to the venue that does not require tolls?

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

Outside, unless it rains or snows, then we move inside. The reception will be both indoors and outdoors, and there will be heaters in use for the outdoor portions.

How do I get to and from the venue?/Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle bus available from 4:00PM-10:00PM transporting guests back and forth between the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park on a constant / as needed basis. Microtel: located at 722 Country Dr, Woodland Park, CO 80863 Venue: located at 9 Co Rd 78, Woodland Park, CO 80863

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitations.

Is it better to fly into the Colorado Springs airport or the Denver airport?

Answer

The Colorado Springs airport is closer to the venue and the nearby towns than the Denver International airport.

Is there a hotel block for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of 15 rooms at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park. Please give them a call at +1-719-687-2095 and reference the "Leach-Murphy Wedding" to inquire.

No photos during the ceremony.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Pikes Peak Ranch.
