FAQs

If you have any additional questions or concerns not addressed below please reach out to Vicki or Will.
Question

What is happening in regards to COVID?

Answer

At this time we are waiting to see what, if any, changes will need to happen on or leading up to our big day. We are trying not to stress ourselves out over "what ifs". Currently, we are planning our wedding as we envisioned it all along. Obviously we hope to be able to have a normal wedding surrounded by all of our loved ones, but as we get closer we will consider the state of the pandemic & any federal or CDC guidlelines/recommendations and do what is best for the health and safety of us and all our guests. We appreciate all of your understanding and flexibility as this might create last minute changes. We look forward to celebrating our love with all of you whether it be in person or virtually. Please continue to check our wedding website for any future updates.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity and the state of the pandemic we are currently not able to accommodate additional guests/plus ones. We are limiting the guest list just to friends and family we know. If you have any concerns please reach out to Vicki or Will directly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 9th, 2021. If we do not hear back by then we will assume your RSVP is no. We appreciate your understanding as planning this event is a lot of work and RSVPing by 5/9/21 allows us to finish planning and finalizing details for our big day.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

At this time we are having an adult only wedding. We love you and your kids, but unfortunately with limited capacity due to the ongoing pandemic we had to make the tough decision to limit our guest list to adults only. We apologize for any inconvenience but we hope you will enjoy this as a fun night off and have some fun with us! If this changes we will personally reach out.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to get situated and seated prior to the start of the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. You don't need to get super dressed up but we would like everyone to dress accordingly for the biggest day of our lives. We hope to capture some nice photos to look back on from our special day.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food restrictions please reach out to Will or Vicki directly by May 9th, 2021 so we can make accommodations with our venue & caterer. This includes needing vegan options, vegetarian options or if you have any allergies.

Question

Will guests be able to view the ceremony virtually if they can't or don't feel comfortable attending in person?

Answer

We are working on putting something together so guests can view the ceremony virtually if needed or preferred. Please continue to check our website for more updates on this.

Question

What are the entree options?

Answer

Stuffed Pork Chop - Savory prosciutto, artichoke and asiago cheese stuffing, topped with fire roasted red pepper cream. Miso Marinated Salmon Fillet - Baby bok chop with asian black plum puree and wonton crisps. Chicken Francaise - Asiago-egg battered breast with white wine, lemon-caper velour. Vegetable Wellington - Roasted vegetables & cheese, baked in a puff pastry shell with herbed sour cream and garden gravy. (Vegetarian)

Question

If I RSVP online do I still need to mail back my RSVP card?

Answer

Yes, we need you to indicate your/each person's meal choice once you pick it. Please make sure to indicate entree for each guest. A break down of each guest invited is listed on the online RSVP form.
