HOW WE MET: 
Jordan & I met seven years ago at a rodeo in Kalispell, MT. I was working on a college photography project. He was working the back pens. He saw me taking photos of the stock and he invited me behind the chutes to meet the competitors. After that day, he began inviting me to take photos of ranch work and soon we spent every weekend together traveling to rodeos across the state of Montana. 

Two years later we both made the move to Colorado where we now get to enjoy life on my family ranch and rodeo all across the state of Colorado and New Mexico as the photographer and the bullfighter.

THE PROPOSAL:
On the night of the blue moon, Aug 30, we hiked up to the hill behind our house to watch it. I turned to take a photo as we were chatting. He wasn't answering and kept brushing my pants. I turned around (a little annoyed he was ignoring me) and there he was on one knee with the ring. I began to cry and of course, said yes!
