When is the wedding?

January 18th 2025, which is Martin Luther King Jr weekend. Hopefully you will have a long holiday weekend with Monday off.

Where is the Wedding?

Downtown Asheville. The venue is called "The Venue" and the address is: 21 N Market St, Asheville, NC 28801.

Can I bring my kids?

This is an adults only wedding.. apologies

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes bring a date! Be sure to include their name when you RSVP so that they get a seat at the table.

What are the food options?

Answer

We decided to do a single meal for all guests. If you have a food allergy please let us know.

What is the plan for inclement weather?

Answer

Because it is Asheville in the winter time, weather can be unpredictable. Our wedding will be 100% indoors. If you are able to arrive on Friday, this will allow for a buffer for any unfavorable driving conditions.

What should I expect for the wedding?

Answer

The plan is to have a ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dinner, and then some dancing. We are expecting the wedding to end by 9:30 PM.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many hotels listed on the "Accommodations" tab of the wedding website. These hotels are in downtown and walkable to the venue. We chose not to block rooms at a hotel because at previous weddings we did not find much benefit by this. If you are interested in renting a house with friends, we have a recommendation. Any place within 20 minutes of downtown should be fine.

What should I wear?

Please look nice as we will take photos to last a lifetime. Leave your spaghetti stained shirt at home :)

What if I don't know how to dance?

Don't worry, none of us do. We are going to just wiggle around to the music.
