Question
What is happening the night before the wedding?
Answer
The night before the wedding (9/11/26), we will be hosting a Welcome Reception! This is to ensure maximum time with our friends and family, especially with those that are traveling long distances to celebrate with us. This will be held at the Conshohocken Brewing Company, between 7-10pm. There will be buffet style dinner and included beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic). Please bring an ID if you plan to drink.

What is the recommended attire for the night before, Welcome Reception?
Answer
The Welcome Reception (9/11/26) is a casual event. Please dress how you are most comfortable.

What is the recommended attire for the Wedding?
Answer
The wedding (9/12/26) will be a semi-formal event. Please keep in mind we will be outdoors and there are some areas, like the ceremony site, that will be on grass. Choose shoes that you feel you can walk (and dance!) in!

Can I bring a "plus one"?
Answer
If you are able to bring a "plus one", it will be indicated on your wedding invitation. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we do have limitations based on venue size!

How will I know where to go during the wedding?
Answer
While the Arboretum is large and could be confusing, there will be plenty of signage and folks directing you all night long!

Will I be able to explore the gardens?
Answer
We strongly encourage everyone to arrive at 5pm to begin the walk to the ceremony site at the Pennock Garden. This will allow ample time to explore Out on a Limb (a tree top canopy) and the Rose Garden. These are two popular and unique sites on the property! Unfortunately, wedding guests are not permitted to arrive before 5pm without purchasing a ticket. The gardens are truly magnificent and we'd definitely recommend visiting a different day and spending a few hours!

Is there transportation to the venue?
Answer
There is no shuttle service to or from the venue. However, the Morris Arboretum is located within Philadelphia and there are numerous ride shares (Uber/Lyft). Free parking is available at the Morris Arboretum, if you choose to drive. We strongly encourage carpooling and electing a designated driver for the evening!
