What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have plenty of time to find seating, settle in, and enjoy the pre-ceremony music.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal / cocktail attire. For women, think dresses or dressy jumpsuits; for men, slacks with a button-up shirt or a suit. We encourage comfort as well—especially for dancing!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At the ceremony location, free parking for Scarritt Bennett's Wightman Chapel is available in two lots behind the chapel, accessible via 1027 18th Avenue South. If these lots are full, you can use metered street parking on 18th and 19th Avenues South. Signs will direct you from the lots to the chapel. At the reception location, 14TENN, parking is free and public in Stocking 51. Street parking is also available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since we’re in downtown Nashville, Uber or Lyft is preferred and usually the easiest way to get back and forth from the hotel safely if you are not planning on driving.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Our Save the Dates were sent out via an electronic invitation in order to better assist us with narrowing down formal invitations and mailing addresses. A final head count and RSVP will be sent out via formal invitations 4 months prior to the wedding date. Please kindly send in your final RSVP by May 15th via the wedding website.
