When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by June 11, 2026, so we can finalize our guest count and details with the venue. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if we miss the RSVP by date?

If you are unable to RSVP by the requested date, we kindly ask that you contact us directly. We’ll gladly work with you to include you in our plans.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal attire suitable for a family celebration — dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women; dress shirts, ties, or suits for men. We’d love everyone to feel polished yet comfortable.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony's start to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.

Absolutely — our celebration will be family-friendly, and we can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and enjoying the day together!

Answer
Yes- The venue offers convenient on-site parking, located close to the ceremony and reception areas, making it easy for families and guests of all ages.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please check the "Travel" section of our website for more information. The venue is a quick commute from the City of Bismarck, requiring a short drive on Interstate 94 followed by a brief distance on Highway 3 to reach the venue. The total travel time is approximately 52 minutes.

Can I bring a date?

If you and your guest are well-acquainted, we’d be happy to have them join the celebration! Please include their name when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is there going to be alcohol served at your wedding?
Answer
To ensure an enjoyable celebration for all guests, alcohol will be served for a limited portion of the reception. Throughout the evening, we will offer signature mocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.

Can we bring our own alcohol ?

No- Our venue prohibits outside beverages and enforces penalties for any violations.

Will there be any wedding games played at the reception?
Answer
Yes- We’ll be playing some wedding games with the bride and groom. If you’d like to take part, please bring a little cash — but don’t worry if you’d rather watch and cheer!

We want everyone to enjoy the ceremony, so we kindly request that you refrain from taking photographs during the ceremony. You’re welcome to take pictures and videos during the reception and the celebrations that follow.

To respect the privacy of our celebration, we kindly request that personal photos not be shared online. We look forward to sharing professional images with everyone after the wedding.
