What is the attire?

Answer

We request semi-formal attire.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors where the terrain will be a combination of pathway and gravel. Followed by an indoor reception with attached outdoor cocktail patio.

Will there be cell service at the venue?

Answer

Cell service will be very spotty and unavailable for the majority of the venue. For this reason the venue does not recommend using ride share services.

Is there transportation?

Answer

There will be two buses providing transportation to/from the venue. You can use the transportation even if you are not staying at the hotel block. Bus pickup and drop off will be at the SpringHill Suites Hotel located at 1315 Colorado Mills Pkwy, Lakewood CO 80401. Both buses are bring your own alcohol, however, once at the venue you need to drink the provided alcohol. Bus 1: 56 passengers with bathroom Bus 2: 27 passengers no bathroom. Both buses will pickup and drop off at the same time.

When should I book lodging?

Answer

As soon as possible! It is a holiday weekend and is already booking up less than a year in advance.

Will there be food provided?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail hour will have an assortment of cold and warm appetizers followed by a buffet style dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The venue will provide liquor, wine, beer, champagne as well as soda, tea, and coffee.

What is the altitude?

Answer

Denver is known as the “Mile High City” with an elevation of 5,280 ft. However, the venue is located in Pine, CO which has an altitude of 8,448.

How should I prepare for the altitude?

Answer

It is highly suggested you arrive at least 24-48 hours in advance to acclimate to the altitude and hydrate more than you normally would. One drink at altitude = 2 drinks at sea level.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is limited parking for up to 40 cars at the venue.

Can I come to the welcome party?

Answer

Yes! The welcome party is open to everyone. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
