we’re getting married!

We met in 2019 while working our summer jobs in Silver Lake. For a long time, we were just friends, getting to know each other without any pressure or expectations. Over the years, that friendship grew into something deeper, and in July 2021, we officially started dating. One place that has always meant a lot to us is Peter Pan Land near Ludington. It’s where he first asked me to be his girlfriend and later returned to give me a promise ring. Along with the ring, he included a message in a bottle saying that one day he would marry me. A simple promise that stayed with us. On Christmas Day in 2024, we went for a drive together, heading back toward Peter Pan Land. In our quiet little spot, just the two of us, he proposed, turning a promise made years earlier into a reality. Today, we’re building a life we love together, sharing it with our two cats, Ivy and Finn. We’re excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people who matter most to us.
