FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but after thoughtful consideration, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This will give everyone the opportunity to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night together. We know this may mean extra planning for some of you, especially those traveling, and we truly appreciate the effort it takes to be there with us. If you are interested in joining a babysitting pool for the wedding night, email Layla at laylagfrank@yahoo.com.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End which is in a very central part of town close to the Vanderbilt campus and Centennial Park - one of our favorite city parks. See the "Travel" page for more information on booking.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail. A little Western flare is always welcome. The ceremony will be outdoors, so dress for Nashville summer heat and bring your dancing shoes!

Question

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

We have not arranged a shuttle, but many people will be heading to the venue from the hotel. If you need or a ride or can provide a ride to others, check out the carpool signup link here: https://www.groupcarpool.com/t/y84b9i

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Sometime between 4:30PM and 5PM. The ceremony will commence at 5PM followed by a happy hour, dinner and dancing.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Woodland Hollow is nestled in the wooded hillside of Annie Acres, a small family farm. You will arrive and park in a field on the farm and then be shuttled up to the venue in a passenger van. Please arrive at the farm address: 4610 Eaton's Creek Road, Nashville, TN 37218 There will be a tent at the end of the driveway with a parking attendant to show you where to go. When you are ready to leave the wedding, there will be a parking shuttle to take you back down to the lot.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The venue portion is wheelchair accessible, but the restrooms have a small step.

Question

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

The evening will be catered by our friend and local chef, Anthony DeGeorge and will be primarily Mediterranean cuisine. Vegan, Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. If you have additional allergies, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note your restrictions on the RSVP page.
