Wedding Party

Let us introduce you to our Family and Bridal Party. We would not be who we are today without them!

Naga Nagarajan

Father of the Bride

We are proud to see our daughter Roshni entering the next phase of her life and we are delighted by her decision to tie the knot. And we are very happy to welcome Kyle into our family! We look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion with our family and friends.

Yoga Nagarajan

Mother of the Bride

Praising God and joyfully looking forward to celebrating my daughter’s wedding with all of our friends and family. To Roshni the singer, and Kyle the drummer who makes her heart beat…may your melodies intertwine like the sweetest harmonies, your rhythms beat as one, and your voices blend in perfect accord, just as your love harmonizes in beautiful unity.

Rainier Laxamana

Father of the Groom

I have a halo-halo of emotions as I think about Kyle and Roshni’s upcoming wedding. At the very top, I feel a healthy scoop and a deep sense of gratitude to God for the kind of godly man Kyle is becoming. This is layered with a double scoop of joy that our family is growing, and we actually really like Roshni, and have grown to love her as a daughter over the years. I mean, how could you not. She is so lovable. Good choice by the way, Kyle. In the middle, is a generous scoop of hope that Kyle and Roshni’s life together, and future family, is secure in God’s hands. At the bottom, is a scoop with a hint of sadness mixed with pride that a part of my heart is leaving our nest to begin to build his own. Over all these, I pour my overflowing father’s love that will forever follow Kyle and Roshni at every turn and season of their new life together. God's love changed our hearts, making us capable of love. "We love because God first loved us." (1 John 4:19)

Monette Laxamana

Mother of the Groom

For years, I have prayed and envisioned Kyle getting married and I feel mixed emotions as we get closer to this new chapter of life. I am so grateful to be his mom and watching him grow in faith and deepen his love for God has been my greatest joy. Kyle— You're ready to start your greatest adventure yet, and I pray that God's grace be sufficient in all seasons of your life. May the Lord help you in your transition, and be your strength, guide, and counselor to bless your union with enduring joy, unwavering faith, and a love-filled marriage that honors Him. I am excited to watch you and Roshni soar together in your life of loving and serving Christ. May your marriage reflect the beauty of his covenant. We will continue to support all your bright ideas and big dreams, and you will always remain our favorite son! Our hearts and prayers are with you two!

Adarsh Nagarajan

Brother of the Bride

From playing basketball to getting boba, I love hanging out with my sister and Kyle. I am looking forward to celebrating them both at the wedding! There better be chicken nuggets at the reception...

Vishal Nagarajan

Brother of the Bride

Congratulations, to my favorite (and only) sister on getting married! I am so happy Roshni and Kyle have found each other and am so proud of all they have accomplished & will continue to accomplish together. I am wishing them both the very best and hopefully a chicken nugget free wedding :).

Kiersten Bollhorn

Sister of the Groom/Matron of Honor

Roshni is my soon to be sister in law! As I'm sure you all know, she is not only a little ball of fiesty funness, but she also has the kindest heart. Even before they were engaged, I thoroughly enjoyed our sister talks about life and love and everything in between. For all these years, she has poured out genuine care and love towards our family. My brother definitely hit the jackpot with this one ❤️. My favorite memory with Roshni: I loved all the times we would take Sunday afternoon naps in the living room and watch movies on the ceiling!

Nate Engstrom

Best Man

Kyle and I met at church one day and it all went downhill from there. Ever since then, he’s been my rock, my Dwayne, my Johnson, a pain in my neck, and he will always be my brother. There are too many good memories to name, but getting snowed on walking down Disneyland’s Main Street together was a pretty magical experience that assured me we were meant to be together. Wait, I mean… what? Who said that?

Jordyn Wong

Maid of Honor

I initially met Roshni as "my boyfriend's coworker's girlfriend." After a couple outings together, we clicked and began a friendship apart from the boys. We've shared so many experiences over the past few years and now she's one of my best friends! I love her like a sister. We just... get each other. My favorite memory with Roshni is the day she asked me to be her Maid of Honor. That day, we both tried wedding dresses on for the first time to get an idea of what we liked, which was a super fun experience to do together. After, we met up with our fiancés at one of my favorite boba shops and Roshni surprised me with an adorable proposal box and heartfelt letter asking me to be her Maid of Honor. It was an emotional moment that I'll cherish forever!

Jack Carson

Best Man

Kyle and I met as coworkers shortly after graduating college, and something just clicked immediately. It didn't take long to realize we had a lot in common - we constantly make (and always laugh at) the same dumb jokes, we share an uncanny ability to turn a 1-person job into a 2-person job, and we even have the same middle name! Over the years, Kyle has become like family to me. My favorite memory with Kyle would have to be the time that we ditched a work conference early and went to Disneyland instead (our excuse was that the food inside the park was cheaper than the food at the conference, but really we just wanted to get paid to go on rides all afternoon).

Vicky Zhou

Bridesmaid

I met Roshni in nursing school, and we became close friends during our final year, as we carpooled frequently. Our friendship grew stronger as we supported each other and understood the challenges of our nursing journey. Soon after, we became coworkers (thanks Roshni, hehe) and the rest is history. Despite having opposite shifts, it’s always a great feeling seeing your best friend at work :) I have so many fond memories with Roshni from the times we carpooled to clinical, to eating good food, to witnessing her opera skills, and even just chatting instead of working out at the gym. As an introvert, her genuine and positive personality has helped me open up to her and I couldn’t be thankful enough for those opportunities. We shared stories about both our personal lives and our school experiences and it truly made our bond that much stronger. I feel truly honored to be able to create another unforgettable memory with you as your bridesmaid! I’m so happy for you two :)

Jimmie Whitton

Groomsman

I met Kyle through working at Applied Medical, and he sat in the cube across from me. He was out of office for the first two days I was in, but the day he came back he heard that I liked basketball. The first time I met him, he said hello & introduced himself to me. He then proceeded to asked me to join the Applied Medical basketball league - we’ve been spooning ever since. My favorite memory of Kyle was the night we went out to get ramen. Although we’ve had plenty of hangouts prior to this one, this was different because it was going to be the last hangout in a while due to me moving. It’s my favorite memory because although we’ve hadn’t hung out much since he left applied - it was almost like we saw each other just the day before & we’re going to see each other the next day. Kyle is the type of friend that goodbyes don’t exist, & friendships never pause .. it’s my favorite memory because he naturally provides so much reassurance that our friendship isn’t going anywhere. That’s what Kyle is - a rock. Doesn’t change, consistently the same. I’ve been able to rely on him so much during our friendship. It’s a bummer that Roshni got to him before me, because if she hadn’t I’d be the bride!

Sneha Praveen

Bridesmaid

I have known Roshni from the day I was born! We got matching bowl haircuts together, played with Polly Pockets, shared clothing, made many music videos and sang our hearts out to ‘Crush Crush Crush’ by Paramore. Rosh was always more than just my cousin, she’s my oldest friend and the big sis I always wanted. My favourite memory with Rosh was the time she took a flight all by herself as a 15 year old to India where we celebrated Christmas and her birthday together, and binged the Twilight series!

Paul Tiamzon

Groomsman

I met Kyle in his living room when we were kids. He was playing video games and I had rehearsal with kiersten for our high school club. We didnt talk but we connected. I would describe our friendship as this: "Knee-dless to say, you're awesome. I kneed you in my life. You're the bee's knees of friendship! Don't get weak in the knees, Roshni's always right! Knee-thing you need, just ask, I'll always bend my knees to help you out! You're a knee-cessity in my life. And lastly, knee-ver say never-- we can do anything!" When we met as adults, we both just had knee surgery and showed up in full leg knee braces together. It was pretty much fate.

Jasmin Morfin

Bridesmaid

I met Roshni in college, unironically through Kyle. In the beginning, our relationship was friendly as she was my friend's girlfriend. That quickly changed as I got to know her, she became much more than that. Roshni's kindness, selflessness, and caring demeanor won all of our hearts making her a core member of our friendship group. Every moment spent with Ro is a moment worth remembering. One of my favorites is her helping me with my fear of roller coasters. When she found out I was nervous to ride, she was considerate, and accompanied me to ride a baby coaster until we built our way up to the actual coaster. While I am still not a fan of coasters, I will never forget how she was there to guide me through it all.

Sullivan Lian

Groomsman

I first met Kyle in freshman year of high school and became really close friends at UCI. We’re always down for a fun, goofy, silly time no matter where we’re at! He’s one of those friends who is always there for you and is super genuine with you. <3 Oh man... favorite memory of all time?? When Kyle got his first electric skateboard, I was fascinated by it. (It was because of him that I also got into electric longboarding!) We got to class early and were waiting outside the lecture hall. While sitting on the floor in the hallway, Kyle suddenly sits on his board and, with the remote, speeds down the hallway. He also let me have a go at it and let’s just say it was a good ol’ time riding up and down the hallway to kill time before class.

Emily Pelayo

Bridesmaid

I met Roshni when Kyle introduced her as his girlfriend back in sophmore/junior year. Then as time went on she wasn't only Kyle's girlfriend, she became our friend too who we care and love so much! I can't pinpoint one specific favorite memory, but whenever I speak to Roshni she gives me her full attention and is so kind, caring and funny. Every birthday I get the most thoughtful gifts like my Adele candle or Travel backpack or Disney drink recipe book. I love all my interactions with her. We have gone to Vegas, Big Bear and Cancun and cannot wait to experience more moments with her!

Cesar Verduzco

Groomsman

I met Kyle at UCI from our mutual friends Jasmin and Emily. They brought Kyle over frequently to study and we’d play many games of ping pong at the Anteatery. I would describe our relationship as genuine, adventurous, yapping, & sussy. For sure one of my favorite memories was my birthday in 2021. I never really celebrated my birthday back then and my only plan that day was to work and go home. Kyle went out of his way to celebrate it with me and make my day feel special. He picked me up and we went to go bowling and had a two person party. Don’t remember the final score but I’m pretty sure I won by over 100 :P

Rachel Goodman

Bridesmaid

I met Roshni through Kyle our second year of college. She molded into our friend group perfectly. Since then, our friendship has grown tremendously. We have very similar senses of humor and we both know that we can always count on each other. Being chosen as a bridesmaid for her is a great honor and I am happy to spend the most important day of her life by her side. My favorite memory with Roshni: We shared a room at another bridesmaid, Jasmin's, bachelorette party in Cancun, Mexico. One night we both returned to our room and there were flower petals all over the bed and a handwritten note from our hospitality woman wishing us a romantic evening. We both had a good laugh at that. Also Oreos, iykyk.

Maurice Bollhorn

Brother In Law of the Groom/Groomsman

The first time I met Kyle was at zitos pizza in the orange circle. I was going to have a date with Kiersten, Kyle’s sister and now my wife, in the afternoon. Kiersten jokingly invited me to lunch with the young adults group from church, fully expecting me to say no. I did in fact say yes to lunch and met the group as well as Kyle and Roshni. Kiersten, Kyle and Roshni will all say that I was not a fashionista as I was wearing a matron polo, khaki pants, and cowboy boots. One of my favorite and funniest memories of Kyle and I was back when Kiersten and I started dating. I was dropping Kiersten off after a date, I walked her up to the door. I rang the door bell and Kyle opened the door with a chicken drum stick in his hand. He said, “Hi”, then there proceeded to be an awkward pause as we all figured out what was happening. Then he said bye.

Sairah Ling

Bridesmaid

I was first Kyle's work best frenemy, then became one of Roshni's best girlies. We can talk about anything together with no fear of judgment. Plus, we have so much fun at Disneyland! My favorite memory with Roshni is: Her Engagement Scavenger Hunt!

Jacob Ling

Groomsman

I met Kyle at a party for the Engineers and their families support group, and we've been pickleballing and reviewing Disneyland dishes ever since. My favorite memory together was going to the comedy club on engineer's night and laughing at the comic's flowchart on making his wife happy.

Jonas Prado

Cousin of the Groom/Groomsman

Kyle is my cousin but we first met during his first trip to the Philippines when he was just a cute little 5 year old. Despite living in two different states, we found ways to stay close as we got older by going on trips and experiencing music festivals together. Kyle is a cousin, a brother, and a friend all in one. My favorite memory with Kyle: I spent one summer with him and his family when I was a teenager and he was 11. We spent most of that time in his room playing Nintendo DS games and listening to millennial emo music.

Greyson and Elliott Vazquez

Nephews of the Groom/Flower Boys

Greyson and Elliott are Kyle’s nephews and his biggest fans! Much like Kyle they love playing sports, eating, joking around with friends, and teasing their big sister! Party boy Greyson (aka PBG!) loves everything about weddings! His response when asked if he wanted to be part of Kyle and Roshni’s special day was “Kuya Kyle and his girlfriend?! Yeahhh, of course!”. Elliott, has a little more of a quiet and humble presence to him. But, if you catch him on the dance floor at the wedding, prepare to be owned by his superior dance moves!! When asked how he feels about the wedding, Elliott said "I just really hope they don’t kiss!".

Carter Bollhorn

Nephew/Ring Bearer

I love my tito and tita almost as much as they love me!
