Shuttles from Mayfair and Courtyard to Venue

We are providing transportation from the Mayfair Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott to the venue. If you are not staying at either hotel, please feel free to go to a hotel and take a bus to the venue as it is about a 30 minute drive from the Coconut Grove area; we recommend catching the bus at the Courtyard as many guests at the Mayfair will be boarding that bus. The buses have strict instructions to leave by 3:20 pm and will not wait. Please plan to be on board by 3:15.

Shuttles from Deering to the Mayfair and Courtyard

There will be two buses leaving the venue at the end of the night and bringing us back to the Mayfair Hotel and Courtyard Marriott. Remember to get onto the bus going back to where you're staying or where you parked! There will be no early shuttles, but if you forgot your dancing shoes you can always call a rideshare option.

Miami International Airport

Miami International Airport will be the most convenient airport guests to fly into for the weekend. Fort Lauderdale Airport is approximately a 40-60 minute ride from the hotel blocks.
