When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by NOVEMBER 1, 2026 so we can finalize all the details. Whether you’re able to join us or not, we kindly ask that you still submit your RSVP—we’d love to hear from you either way. You can RSVP right here on our website under the "RSVP" tab. Thank you for helping us stay organized!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is "Country Semi-Formal". We have listed out below some examples of what you can wear. Guys - Dark blue or black jeans, paired with a nice button-up or polo — just something a step up from everyday wear. Boots or dress shoes are perfect (leave the sneakers at home!). Want to throw on a cowboy hat or belt buckle? Go for it — we’re all about that country charm. Girls - Dresses, skirts, or dress pants — think flowy, floral, or lace for that country touch. Boots, wedges, or dressy sandals work great (just skip the stilettos!). A denim jacket or a bit of fringe is totally fair game. Feel free to add some western flair with turquoise jewelry, a cute belt, or even a hat if you’re feeling it! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing sage green and eucalyptus green as these are the colors of our bridal party. This helps them stand out in photos and keeps the overall look of the day beautifully coordinated. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4pm. This will give you time to park, find a seat and get settled in before the ceremony starts.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to venue capacity and our guest list, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited. We have included how many seats we have saved for you at the ceremony and reception. If your plus one is included, it will reflect on the number on your invite. Thank you for your understanding. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating with a cash bar, please bring your ID and your preferred form of payment if you’d like to enjoy a drink. Water, soft drinks, and a few non-alcoholic options will be available. Cheers!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every moment, and we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us. We want to see your beautiful faces, not your device. Don’t worry—you’ll get to relive the memories afterward with the beautiful photos!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! However, please note that by 8:30pm, more mature audience music will be played. If you are not wanting your kids exposed to certain music, please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the ceremony and reception venue. It will be located right across the road from the barn. There are some signs to help direct you. Please be sure to park in the white picket fenced area. If you’re staying at a nearby hotel, you may also consider carpooling or using a rideshare service for convenience.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside while the reception will take place indoors. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

We will be having a buffet style meal. We will have gluten free options available. Once we confirm the meal, we will add it here!
