FAQs

We’ve gathered a few common questions below to help with planning. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us!
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional. Men are encouraged to wear suits or tuxedos, and women may wear formal dresses or gowns.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know as soon as possible. While these options are not listed on the RSVP, we are happy to offer an alternative meal of plain pasta or pasta with our lemon thyme beurre blanc sauce upon request. Please reach out to us before the RSVP deadline so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via our wedding site by August 20th. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name and indicate your attendance.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be in an open air chapel, and the reception will be indoors.

Question

How do I indicate my meal preference when I RSVP?

Answer

When you complete your RSVP on the website, you’ll be prompted to select your meal preference for each guest. Please make sure to choose the option that best reflects your choice before submitting your response. After August 20th, no edits to meal preferences can be made.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Due to Princeton being a small town, the closest hotels are located in nearby Goldsboro. If a hotel is your preference, we recommend the Homewood Suites by Hilton, however please note it is approximately an 18-minute drive from the venue. Because of the limited nearby hotel options, we also recommend considering an Airbnb or vacation rental close to the venue if you prefer to stay nearby overnight. If you need help navigating accommodations or deciding where to stay, please feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Lots of parking just a short walking path away from the chapel for the ceremony.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. Our photographer will capture every special memory, and we can't wait to share those photos with you afterward. Thank you for helping us make our ceremony distraction-free!
