Pack your bags!

We want to make things as simple as possible for you to plan your travel so we are working with our AMAZING travel concierge, Beach Bum Amy! Guests are encouraged to reserve with Amy to ensure you'll be taken great care of! Please take time to review the resort and rate info below and when you are ready to book you will find a link to Amy in the "Booking Your Stay" section. Guests have the option of staying at the family friendly resort, Generations as well as the adult only sister properties next door. El Dorado Casitas is the luxury adult only option. Offering peace and serenity along with spacious, and romantic suites. Each suite offers an outdoor shower and vaulted ceilings. Staying at Casitas gives you access to all 3 properties. El Dorado Royale is the more modest option for the adult only properties offered. Adults staying at El Dorado Royale & Generations can visit both properties but may not use facilities in the Casitas area.

Room Rates

We have selected rooms at prearranged, discounted rates for our wedding group. We are holding rooms for October 2-9, 2024. There is a 3 night minimum requirement. You may choose from the room options that are linked below. If you prefer a higher room category or different travel dates than what is offered, please connect with Beach Bum Amy and she can assist you with a quote. Rates are PER PERSON and include accommodations, all meals/drinks including alcohol. Shared airport transportation is included. Private transfers are $60 per person. Also, please note... Generations has 2 and 3 bedroom suites. Please contact Beach Bum Amy for more information on these larger suites. Please click on the link below to begin browsing room options.

Payment Information

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS Room Only: $150 per person and due upon booking. Please put the deposit down on your room by June 21, 2024. Room with insurance: $150 per person + the cost of insurance 2nd payment = 30% of room rate will automatically be charged on July 26, 2024. An email reminder will be sent out. Final payment is due NO LATER than August 22, 2024. You may make payments along the way in any amount up until the final payment date. Your trip confirmation will have the details you'll need for this. Airfare is always due in full when secured.

Travel protection costs vary and are calculated by age, state in which you reside, and total trip cost. If interested in insurance options, please contact Beach Bum Amy for options and pricing.

Cancellation Policy

From booking date to June 21, 2024: Initial Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation between June 22 & July 23: 30% of room rate is non-refundable. Cancellation between July 24 & August 21: 50% of room rate is non-refundable. Cancellation on or after August 22: Full penalty.

Flights

Beach Bum Amy can secure flights if needed. If you have airline miles or vouchers to use, you will need to secure your own airfare. If securing your own air: "CUN” is the airport code. Once you have flights confirmed, simply forward your flight confirmation details to Beach Bum Amy so that your airport transfers can be arranged.

- Beach Bum offers flexible payment options after deposit, simply email Beach Bum Amy when you wish to make a payment. - A PASSPORT BOOK IS REQUIRED for travel to Mexico. Please make sure your passport is valid through April of 2025. If you need to renew or obtain a passport, please click the link below. - Children are welcome at Generations only. - A 3-night minimum is required for group rates. - INCLUDED in package rates: accommodations, all meals/drinks including alcohol, round trip shared transfers to/from airport, gratuities, hotel taxes where applicable and participation in wedding activities. - NOT INCLUDED in package rates: airfare, travel protection, tours & excursions & private transfers. - It is not currently required to take a covid test for entry into Mexico or to return to the US. This is subject to change at any time.
