Important note regarding FIFA

Answer

Vancouver will be hosting FIFA games the week of June 18th - 24th. This is expected to increase travel and accommodation costs in the city significantly. If you are travelling from out of town, or planning to book a hotel in Vancouver before or after the event. We recommend booking early.

I received my save the date, when do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending formal invitations closer to the event date which will include the RSVP deadline and information regarding meal selection.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Dress to impress, but don’t forget we’re by the lake. Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or nice separates are perfect. We’ll be on grass for part of the day, and the venue has both indoor and outdoor areas, so layers are recommended for when the sun goes down.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the Harrison Hotsprings Resort - see the Schedule section for details.

Limited parking is available; we recommend using the shuttle if possible.

Is the event outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting! The reception will largely be held indoors.

Guests are welcome to stay anywhere they would like. We've arranged for a shuttle to and from the venue for all guests staying in Harrison Hot Springs. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Harrison Hot Springs Resort - please see the "lodging" section for booking info and for alternative accommodation options.

When should guests plan to arrive in Harrison?

Answer

We’ll be arriving in Harrison on June 28, with the ceremony taking place on June 29. Since most hotels in Harrison have check-in times around 3–4 PM, we recommend arriving on June 28 to give yourself time to settle in and enjoy the weekend festivities stress-free.
