Are meals included at the resort?

Answer

Yes! The Fives Beach Hotel is an all-inclusive resort, which means all meals, drinks (including alcohol), and snacks are included with your stay. You’ll have access to a variety of restaurants, and bars.

Can I stay elsewhere?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to stay off-property, but please note that The Fives Beach Hotel is a gated, all-inclusive resort with specific policies for outside guests. If you are not staying at the resort, you’ll need to purchase a wedding pass for $75 USD per person, which grants access to all wedding events. You'll need to arrive no more than one hour before the first event, check in at the front desk with a valid ID, and receive a special wristband identifying you as a wedding guest. Please note: this pass only includes access to the wedding events—resort facilities, food, and beverages outside of the wedding events are not included. If you’d like to enjoy the resort outside of the wedding festivities, The Fives offers day passes ($95 USD, 9am–5pm) and night passes ($95 USD, 5pm–1am). These passes include access to the resort’s all-inclusive amenities but do not include access to the wedding events. All passes must be purchased and registered at the front desk upon arrival, and a valid ID is required.

When is payment due for the hotel reservation?

All of the reservations must be paid in FULL 45 days prior to the group’s arrival.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! In addition to the wedding ceremony and reception, we’re planning some fun pre- and post-wedding events to make the most of our time together in Mexico. We’ll be sharing more details in the coming months right here on the website, so be sure to check back for updates. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all weekend long!

Can I extend my stay beyond the wedding dates?

Answer

The special group rate is available for up to 5 nights before and 5 nights after the main wedding dates (4/3-4/6). If you’d like to turn the celebration into a longer getaway, you're more than welcome to arrive early or stay a few extra days at the same discounted rate—based on availability.

Booking hotel reservation outside of the room block

Answer

Any guest who books a room outside of the group room block will be charged $25 per person, per event to attend the group events.
