It would be best if you fly to Gdansk Airport, located 90 minutes drive from the wedding venue. If many arrive at a similar time on Friday, we can organise a bus shuttle to take you to the wedding venue.

Flight

Warsaw, Poland

If you fly to Warsaw airport, we advise you book a connecting flight to Gdansk. If you cannot, please let us know. You can find buses and trains to our wedding location, but it will not be straight forward. You may also wish to hire a car and drive to the venue directly. However, the drive from Warsaw is much longer than from Gdansk. Reach out to us directly, we can advise you.

Gdansk Airport to Wedding

October 7, 2022 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

For those arriving on Friday 7th October, there will be a bus picking up guests at Gdansk Airport (around 1-2pm) taking you to the wedding venue location. For guests flying in from abroad, we will kindly ask that you plan to arrive at similar times, or even on the same plane, to simplify planning for the bus. The bus will stop over at Gdansk Old town, to pick up some more gusts, and leave you some short time to sightsee the area.

Wedding to Gdansk Airport

October 9, 2022 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

For those flying back on Sunday 9th October, we will organise a bus picking up guests from the wedding venue, transporting directly to Gdansk Airport. For guests wishing to take this bus, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Alternatively, if many would like to stay until Monday 10th October, we can also help organise a bus for that day.

Hotel

Natural Hotel

ENG: Our wedding party will be in the same building as the hotel: the Natural Hotel. All guests staying overnight should stay here, as this location is quite remote and out of the way from anything else! Please let us know how many night you would like to stay in the hotel for, and we will submit the list to the venue. For all those flying in from abroad, we strongly advise staying at the hotel both Friday and Saturday night. Anyone wishing to arrive earlier or stay longer is also more than welcome. The venue has asked that guests do not book individually, and that we submit the full list. The hotel room price is approx GBP 20 per person per night (subject to price changes in 2022).
