Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Cocktail Hour is from 5:30-6:30 pm. Appetizers include Mac & Cheese Croquettes, Ahi Tuna Wontons with Wasabi Cream, Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers, Crispy Mini Egg Rolls, Tomato-Basil Bruschetta, and Mini Crab Cakes with Spicy Remoulade. Dinner will be served Buffet Style beginning at 6:45 pm. There will be tortellini pesto parmesan, tomato basil chicken with balsamic reduction, carved roasted prime rib of beef au jus with creamed horseradish, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, eight assorted salads and fresh baked bread with butter. We will have an open bar (be sure to try our signature drinks!) along with White Zinfandel and Cabernet on each table and a beverage station with hot coffee, tea and non-alcoholic fruit punch.
