What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. We kindly ask no jeans or casual-wear. Our Florida wedding will be held outdoors at The Alderman House. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit and women wear a cocktail or full-length dress. If it gets cool at night, we recommend the ladies to bring a light sweater or dance & drink to warm up :)

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be buses at the Hampton Inn & Suites leaving at 4:30pm to bring guests to the ceremony. The buses will then depart at 11pm following the reception and head to the after party at Rusty's in Cape Coral. For those who do not wish to attend Rusty's, the bus will do a final drop off at the Hampton Inn & Suites. All guests attending Rusty's will be responsible for ordering their ride share home.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and look forward to a fun evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invitations are addressed to the specific people invited to our wedding. All asked to come celebrate hold a special place in our lives, and we ask that no additional people join.

Will the ceremony & reception be outside?

Answer

Yes, the entire event will be outside; ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Is there free parking?

Answer

Yes. We do hope all of our guests enjoying adult beverages will take our free transportation from the hotel or get ride shares. However, if you aren't drinking & will be driving, there is valet service when you pull into the venue.
