Guest arrival beginning at 4:30. Please be seated before 5pm.

Are kids welcome?

We welcome babies and young children to join us for the dinner reception. To allow for a quiet and meaningful ceremony, we kindly ask that children attend beginning at cocktail hour.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know in advance if you have an allergy that the chef needs to be made aware of.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, with cocktail hour on the terrace (weather permitting).

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at the Hilton Naples for wedding guests.

Due to the small and intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner, and toasts in a relaxed, intimate setting.

What should we expect weather-wise?

Answer

February in Naples is typically mild and pleasant. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, with cocktail hour outdoors weather permitting. Evenings can feel cooler, especially near the water, so guests may wish to bring a light layer. In the event of rain, cocktail hour will take place in the reception room.
