YUPP! There is NO cell phone service at the Freedom Frontier. The town of Huntsville is 15-20 minutes from the cabin, and about 10 minutes from the cabin you lose reception. It creates a couple logistical hurdles but that's what planning ahead is for! And we love that we will have your undivided attention while you are celebrating with us. Your instagram stories will have to wait until after the party =)
Can your dog be left unattended for long periods of time without worry if they have run off or gotten into trouble? Is your pup already a good friend of Rogue's? Is your dog friendly with other dogs and people and children? Will your dog be happy as a clam surrounded by large groups of strange people? Does your dog live in the vehicle that you will be driving to the event? Unless you can answer YES to most or all of these questions, its probably a good idea to find a puppysitter and have them stay home!
The bartender, shuttle drivers and cooks would likely be appreciative of cash tips! There will not be any service so Venmo will not be available
Dress to impress with comfort in mind. Think dresses, bow ties and special occasion attire, but comfy, especially when considering footwear. Balance feeling fancy with shoes that can navigate uneven variable terrain and enjoy an outdoor bonfire party all night long. Also, please consider wearing "solids" and avoid big patterns and florals!
The Freedom Frontier has limited parking space, so there will be a limited amount of vehicles allowed to park on location! We will have additional parking available at the Dancing Moose Farm a few miles away. A party bus shuttle will transport people who request pick up from their accommodations, as well as need transport from the parking area. You can also plan to crash at the cabin the night of the party if you would like, just bring what you will need. (yes, you can just pass out on the ground at the Freedom Frontier if you really wanted) WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY DRINKING AND DRIVING. Designate a DD, plan somewhere to stay/sleep/camp, and utilize our shuttle! Please let us know if you will need shuttle services from your accommodations! Shuttle pick up will happen approximately 1:30-2pm with drop off services running between 9:30pm-12am.
Yes! Small textured patterns are okay. I know that sounds weird, but there are some non-traditional things happening, and on the day it will make a little more sense, promise.
