My person. The Christina Yang to my Meredith Grey. Jordan has been my best friend for a decade and has brought fun, adventure and accountability to my life. She is the kind of friend that I thank the Lord for on a regular basis. There is no one I would rather have supporting me as I enter this new stage in life other than her. Plus, she never judges me when I eat a whole burger or way too much pizza.
Stephen Carver

Stephen was one of Kyle's first friend, and lead at work, when Kyle first moved to Nashville from Utah. Stephen and his family have been a constant source of support and a listening ear to Kyle since then. From the beginning of our relationship, which began when I was in El Salvador and Kyle was here, Stephen would be there to talk Kyle through all of the ups and downs of a long distance, cross-cultural, relationship. Kyle also loves Stephen's taste in music and dry sense of humor. Stephen's wife, Chelsea, was also one of my (Lavy's) first roommates when I moved to Nashville in 2008!
Ninfa Estefania Parker Magaña

Ninfa is always there to help me out. She has been like a big sister for me throughout the years. I always can find good conversation, loving advice, and a good cup of coffee at her house. Her and her family have been a constant source of support of love for me, and the for both me and Kyle. Her son, Santiago, will be the ring bearer in the ceremony.
Michael Johnson

Michael led Kyle's first trip to El Salvador. Michael and Kyle, sharing in aspects of their upbringing and their personality, have developed a special friendship and understanding of each other. Michael then went on to lead Kyle's second trip to El Salvador, working together with Kyle to rebuild a toilet for a community center started by the organization we serve with. Michael and his wife, Betsy, are also doing pre-marital counseling with Kyle and I. We have both loved spending time with them and count them as dear friends and co-laborers.
Brittany Girton

Brittany is one of my best friends. I have been able to spend time with her fiancé, Willian, in El Salvador and have been thankful to be of service in that way. Years ago, before Brittany knew Spanish, I had to translate her letters to Willian and vice-versa. Brittany was also in the first Spanish class I ever taught. I love her and I am so glad we get to serve together in El Salvador and here.

Moses and Kyle work together in the electrical team for MCH Nashville. Moses' wife, Megan, has been friends with me (Lavy) since we were in 9th and 10th grade respectively. Moses and Kyle have developed a special friendship while working together and we are so excited to invite Moses and Megan into our big day!
Amanda Davis

Amanda has been a big sister to me since I was 18. She has always been available to pray with me, let me take a nap on her couch, or talk me through some crisis or another. She exemplifies what a good friend is to me every day. I love her and her family so much.
Ethan Harris

Kyle and Ethan have been roommates for a few years and both serve in El Salvador. They each work is similar fields and have spent time working, living, and studying together.
Kelly Jobe

Kelly and I have been housemates for over 5 years, we always find our way back to each other's housing. I have so enjoyed watching us grow and change over time. The first time I met Kelly, she was 17 and I was 19, we were both going to Guatemala on a missions trip. 10 years later, I am happy to still be serving with her!

Colin and Kyle have been friends since Kyle moved to TN. Colin is always up for an adventure and loves to have fun. Kyle always says what he appreciates about Colin most, is his willingness to pray and talk about what the Lord is doing in his life.
