We are getting married!

Like many millennials do these days, Ronnie and Chris met the good old-fashioned way through a dating app called Bumble. They bonded over their love of art, food, cooking, music, and what some might call nerdy stuff. While having gone on many dates together before COVID, one of their all-time favorites included traveling to New York City to watch Dr. Dog at a rooftop bar. They’ll never forget the golden hour and how it drenched the city in beautiful lighting while they listened to one of their favorite bands together. Not only that, NYC provided the ultimate test of a budding relationship…traveling together. Of course, it worked out and the couple has loved traveling and finding new adventures ever since. (Just ask them about their trip to New Mexico.) Both artists at heart, you’ll find Ronnie pulling together a new recipe with three of the most random ingredients in their kitchen, and Chris picking out the chords to a new Bob Dylan song. They love arguing over the theories in Interstellar and anything scientific or math related. As Ronnie and Chris grow closer together, they hope to share their passions to the newest Gallardo-Lager family member. In 2022, Ronnie and Chris will welcome Baby Lager into the world, inevitably leading grandparents, tias, friends, and family members to fall head-over-heels in love. The couple can’t wait to welcome their new, sweet baby. Baby Lager is destined to be a hockey/soccer player, scientist, musician, activist, mathematician, or something else completely fabulous. The couple look forward to their greatest adventure yet: parenthood. With much love, please help this beautiful couple celebrate their wonderful union of souls.
