We went to the same high school in Bainbridge, Georgia. I was the shy one, he was the socializer. We never approached each other in that type of way. We always use to look and speak to each other when we saw each other. As the time went past, we became real close friends. 2001 or 02 we lost contact with each other because i had moved to a different city and no one didn't want to let me know how he was doing or anything, after so many years of not being connected to him, I just stop trying. In 2012 something great happened, my godbrother from Bainbridge came to visit and he had brung a friend with him not knowing that this was Terence's brother until my mom started asking questions about his family, then boom the last name was ringing in my head. I quickly asked him did he have a brother or relative name Terence and to my surprise he did, his big brother. Music to my ears because I was so hurt and sad that we lost contact with each other and now his brother is standing right in front of me. His brother called him and it shocked him when he heard my voice he was silent for a moment. Knowing that he still remembered who I was was a blessing. From then on we communicated more like we never left off then finally we let each other know how we felt for each other and confessed that we had a crush on each other in school. Wow and here we are now happily together with 4 and half years of relationship under or belt and 20 years of friendship. Between those years we lost contact with each other, he became a wonderful father of 2 children a daughter T'niyah and a son Terence Jr. and I became a wonderful mother of a daughter Millani and Now Terence and I have my first his second son together. We are a blended family now and i love his kids just like my own the same with him with Millani. He's my dream come true.
