Sangeet - This is a fun casual welcome party! We recommend either Indian traditional or semi-formal attire! Wedding - The wedding ceremony is a traditional Tamil ceremony, so either traditional formal Indian attire, semi-formal, or dressy casual works well here. Reception - Come ready to eat, drink, and dance the night away! Black tie or Indian formal wear works here!
Georgia is perpetually confused when it comes to weather. We expect November to be slightly chilly with a breeze, but we will keep this updated as we get closer to the wedding!
After the ceremony, boxed lunches will be provided. This gives everyone some time to relax, freshen up, and get ready to celebrate again that evening!
Please arrive a half hour before the time printed on your invitation. This gives you time to grab a snack, find a seat, and mingle BEFORE the event begins. We expect everything to run on time, so you WILL miss things if you come late!
Your presence is gift enough. However, if you'd like to give something to help us start the next chapter of our lives, all monetary gifts/cards can be placed in a designated box at the Reception on Friday evening. No boxed gifts please!
Yes! There is free parking located at all venues but will likely fill up quickly. Please try to carpool or arrive early to ensure you are able to park.
Yes please! We have many older guests, relatives and family friends attending our events. For the health and safety of our guests, please be vaccinated in time for the wedding!
Both the wedding and reception will be held at Peachtree Pointe. There will be shuttles taking guests to and from Legacy Lodge in the morning (before and after the wedding) and the evening (before and after the reception).
