We love your kids, we really do. However, we do want to emphasize the way in which we intend to celebrate. Because we are straying away from a traditional wedding, festivities will not commence until close to sunset and be geared toward an adult crowd. Your children are welcome should you find them an integral part of your ability to enjoy the night’s events. If you need assistance finding childcare, please do not hesitate to ask.
All in attendance are encouraged to dress their best! Formal cocktail attire is requested. Cocktail dresses or gowns for women; a suit and tie for men. The wedding party will be in gowns and tuxedos. Dress for a covered but primarily outdoor celebration. Heaters will be provided to keep guests warm should temperatures drop after sunset.
We hope that you understand how important all of our family and friends are to us! In order to preserve a vision that transpired early in our engagement, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony very intimate with only our wedding party as witnesses. Your presence at our wedding celebration following the ceremony is of the utmost importance to us.
Please arrive promptly at Black Moon Barns at 6:30 pm. It is our hope that all of our guests will be able to grab a drink, help themselves to appetizers, and enjoy live music before welcoming the wedding party to the celebration shortly after.
Yes. We have opted out of a traditional sit down dinner but food will be in abundance. We encourage guests to help themselves to the food whenever and as often as they want. Be sure to stick around for late night snacks!
All the drinks are on us! You are welcome to tip the bartenders but it is not necessary.
