Do I Need a Passport to Visit Puerto Rico?

Great news—if you're a U.S. citizen, you do not need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico. Since Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, it's considered domestic travel. You can board your flight with a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license. Just ensure your ID is REAL ID-compliant, especially if you're flying after May 7, 2025.

We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding day to settle in and enjoy the destination. Depart at your leisure, bride and groom will be on the island until from May 5th - May 12th — make it a vacation!
