There is free on-site parking!
Our evening ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be under a covered patio. Reception will take place indoors. Guest will need to step on grass to get to their seats for the ceremony. For that reason, stilettos or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. We will have high-heel protectors available to guests if needed though!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the same venue.
Our venue’s address is 2683 South Road, Poughkeepsie NY 12601. Once you arrive, you will see signage directing you to the back of the building where the ceremony will take place.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we would like to keep the guest list to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guest can be accommodated.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate any children at our wedding.
We will be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down buffet style dinner.
There will be an open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing some cash as our bartenders will be accepting tips.
Our ceremony will start at 5:00pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 10:30pm.
The doors to the venue will open 30-minutes ahead of our ceremony time at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving to the ceremony venue at least 30-minutes early to ensure you have enough time to get seated.
Go for it, but make sure to upload the photos you took thought out the day to our photo sharing app! We would love to see our big day from your perspective! There will be QR codes provided to make photo sharing easy!
Our ceremony will be outdoors, so consider bringing sunglasses, or we will provide some if you forget! We will provide ice water upon arrival to combat the heat. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved inside.
