We met at Seven Lakes Junior High in 6th grade, social studies class. From there we became close friends, attending Freshmen and Junior year homecoming together. The summer going into our Senior year at Tompkins High School we started dating! August 30th, 2019!! We completed out Senior Year through the thick of Covid. Shortly after we moved to Lubbock for the next 4 years to attend Texas Tech University. In May 2024 we were both able to earn our Finance degrees from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech. Quickly after we celebrated our 5 year anniversary in Colorado. On September 1st 2024 we got ENGAGED!!! We are so excited for this new chapter and can't wait to become The Powells June 28th, 2025!
