House Or Rental
Another great option besides booking a hotel is to rent an Airbnb! It may be cheaper and even more comfortable to rent a large house or apartment for multiple guests, or even rent a private room. There are many cheap, yet wonderful options near the venue. It is recommended to book in the surrounding cities such as Woodside, Redwood City, and Palo Alto.
Flight
For those of you flying in, the closest airports to The Mountain Terrace are San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC).
Travel Note
Getting Lyft/Uber to the venue is possible, but will be difficult back from the venue due to the semi-remote location. It is advised to book a rental car if you are flying in.
