When & Where Should I RSVP?

Answer

You should have received a “Reply” or “RSVP” card with the formal wedding invitation. There will also be a ‘RSVP’ tab on our website along with a ‘RSVP’ link at the bottom of the home page. If you are having any difficulty, please feel free to reach out to Lauryn or Logan to verify your RSVP. Due to catering and venue headcount needs, we kindly ask you to RSVP by April 2nd, 2025.

Can I Bring A Date or Plus One?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue only has so much space. Due to limited capacity & wanting to keep the wedding as intimate as possible (with close friends and family), we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! We have listed some nearby places to stay under the ‘Travel’ tab on our website. Due to the amount of hotels, resorts and houses to stay nearby, we have only listed places that are the CLOSEST to the venue. Downtown Austin is approx 25-30 minutes away from the venue. Uber & Lyft are available in the area!

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! If we had to choose a dress code, it would be Semi-Formal or Formal attire preferably. We honestly just can’t wait to celebrate the day with you - so please wear whatever makes you feel your best! P.S. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you & your little ones! However, due to capacity at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of immediate family and wedding party. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We are encouraging all our guests to use this weekend or evening as a date night opportunity. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You can find information about the timeline of the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception on our website under the ‘Schedule’ tab. Ceremony start time will also be stated on your formal wedding invitation. The ceremony start time is 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to grab a drink & take a seat. There is plenty of parking on-site at the venue. If you wish not to drive, Uber & Lyft are also available in the area.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We promise this will be the only time we ask you to not take pictures - simply because we are wanting to have an “unplugged” ceremony. We hope for y’all to be as present as we are when saying our “ I Do’s”. We have hired an amazing team to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! Don’t forget to grab a picture with us as well :)

What should i do if i cannot make it?

Answer

You will DEFINITELY be missed, but we totally understand. Life is crazy. If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify the Bride or Groom as soon as you are aware.
