Like many modern love stories, ours began with a swipe on Hinge, but from our very first conversation, it felt like something more. After spending about a month talking all day, every day, we finally met for our first date at PopStroke. Between the laughter, playful competition, and Lauryn accidentally hitting a golf ball through the fence and into the street, it was a date we’ll never forget. What was supposed to be just a simple mini golf date turned into an unexpected dinner at Kura Revolving Sushi, followed by hours spent sitting in Kooper’s truck talking and being silly together. It made us both realize neither of us wanted the night to be over. We ended our first date with a kiss, and from that moment on, everything just felt right. Falling in love felt effortless and we truly believe God was writing our story long before we met. As Song of Solomon 3:4 says, “I have found the one whom my soul loves.” That verse feels like such a beautiful reflection of our story, because from day one it has always been each other, and we’ve never looked back!!🤍
