February 10th. *** If you are in the wedding party - you need to RSVP by January 31st *** If Lauryn or JR haven’t heard from you before then, you’ll be marked as not attending.
No, it's not. The building is a historical building and is not 100% ADA accessible. With that being said, PLEASE!!! if you have a hard time with stairs, uneven surfaces, grass, or dirt, wear flat shoes. No one will be upset that you wear flats, I promise. Bring a cane, bring a walker, bring your plus one, or ask anyone attending the wedding to help you walk around carefully! We do not want anyone to get hurt while being here. There is no elevator and it is 3 story building with events taking place on the roof and main floors.
We're sorry, but no. Unless it is included on your invitation, there are no other plus ones. There is an extremely limited amount of guests we can have with us at the venue and we have selected close family & friends to attend with us.
For the wedding, NO! For guests staying on property, yes, but there is very limited. We will work out parking for guests staying on property & have details before you arrive. For the wedding itself, there will be limited parking, not on property, but outside of the property with transportation to the venue.
Both! + The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the roof + Reception and dinner will be held in the drive + Dancing and after hours will be held inside
Cocktail attire. Dressy, elegant, and chic without being too over the top. Cocktail attire is dressier than business casual. It’s fancier than the dressy casual dress code and a step above semi-formal attire. Yet, it’s not as fancy as the black-tie. https://www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire No white or yellow for women
End of March in Northern Arizona always ranges from the day to night! It should be around 65°-75° during the days and 35°-45° at night Bring a warm sweater or jacket! We will have a fireplace that can be used, but you will still want to have something warm to throw over when it gets dark out! It will definitely get chilly at night time
We're sorry, but unfortunately no. Only children of immediate family are allowed, as there is a very limited number of guests we can invite.
We will have a buffet style dinner with bread & salad, entree options with sides & dessert! If you have any allergies to food, please let us know. (Peanuts will be present & we don’t need anyone going to the hospital!)
Yes, but there are no shots allowed & no personal alcohol brought on property. *It is up to the venues digression if they have to cut anyone off from drinking so be responsible* Drink responsibly! This is a beautiful 100+ year old building that does not need to be damaged - if you need to get sick, there are bathroom trailers outside!
No! Again, we're sorry!! We will have a professional photographer there to capture the wedding & we don't need anyone's phone to be in a picture!
YES! Please take a ton of pictures and videos because we want them all! We just ask no phones or photos during the ceremony! Thank you!
Call or text us! If you have any questions or need anything, let us know. Please reach out sooner than later - we will be very busy traveling & preparing for the wedding beginning of next year, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
