We are happy to answer questions that we know many guests are curious about as they prepare to celebrate with us!
Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will only be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket and Springhill Suites Gainesville Haymarket

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

On our wedding invitations there will be instructions on how to complete your RSVP. It is important to follow the directions to ensure your RSVP has been received.

Are children and additional plus ones allowed?

Answer

The invitations will state the names of invited guests permitted to RSVP. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is sufficient parking for all guests on paved grounds. In addition, there are paved walkways to the venue where the ceremony and reception will be held.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

The RSVP card included with the invitation will provide an opportunity for guests to identify any dietary restrictions. We are prepared to take these requests very seriously.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 pm and guests are encouraged to begin arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun unfortunately will have to wait until the appropriate time to be seated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are invited to come dressed in semi-formal (eg: suits, ties, and cocktail dresses) and formal attire based on their preferences.

Will ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place indoors though there will be opportunities to be outside if guests desire.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are requesting that our guests honor our requests for an unplugged ceremony. We will have a photographer and videographer onsite to record the ceremony. We would like our guests to be fully present and enjoying this sacred moment with us. Guests are welcome to take photos during the reception.

How will updates/changes regarding the wedding be communicated?

Answer

We plan to utilize our wedding website and email as necessary to communicate any changes or updates with guests.
