Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the best airport to fly into for our wedding in Estes Park, Colorado because it offers the most convenient access to the Rocky Mountains with a wide variety of nonstop domestic flights. Located about 75 miles from Estes Park, the drive from DIA takes a little over an hour and a half and offers scenic views along the way. The airport’s size and connectivity make it easy for guests traveling from different parts of the country to find affordable, direct flights. With plenty of rental car options, shuttles, and ground transportation services, DIA makes it simple for our guests to get to Estes Park comfortably and efficiently.
Rental Car
Denver International Airport makes renting a car simple with nearly every major rental company available on-site. Friends and family can choose from national brands like Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, Sixt, and Thrifty, each offering a wide range of vehicles—from budget-friendly economy cars and hybrids to roomy SUVs and luxury options. All rental car agencies at DIA are located offsite but are accessible by free 24/7 shuttle service that picks passengers up from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5 (both east and west sides). Reservations can be made in advance or on arrival.
Shuttle

The Estes Park Shuttle runs from Denver International Airport to Estes Park multiple times daily and takes about two hours. The pick-up location is located outside door 513 (Baggage Claim), East Side (Blue signs, odd numbers) on Island 1: Mountain Carriers. Fares are $75 one-way or $135 round-trip, and the ride includes two checked bags plus a carry-on per person. The shuttle is comfortable and scenic. For larger groups or anyone wanting extra comfort, private shuttle and limo services are also available. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be refunded only if canceled with a minimum of three full days notice of reservation. All Cancellations must happen by the end of business. Cancellations made less than three full days notice of reservation are non-refundable.
Travel Note
Estes Park is a beautiful mountain town with so much to see. While there are transportation options, popular rideshare options like Uber or Lyft are very rare in town. Please do not rely on either Uber or Lyft to get around and explore.

Estes Park Ride Services is a private and reliable ride services so you can reach your destination on your own schedule while in town. It is the only Uber-like transportation services within Estes Park and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. They pick you up right from your location and drop you off exactly at your destination. Please book ahead as spots can fill up easily, especially during the summer. We recommend reserving your time to be taken to the wedding venue and picked up as soon as you can.
Shuttle

The Town of Estes Park operates five free, seasonal shuttle routes allowing you to get around town either from your lodging, or by parking at one of the large (free) hubs in Estes. Rocky Mountain National Park operates a Hiker Shuttle from the Estes Park Visitor Center to the Park & Ride Transit Hub located on Bear Lake Road. There are no other stops in the park. At the Park & Ride, riders will transfer to the Bear Lake or Moraine Park shuttles to get to their trailhead destinations.
