We first met in college and we became close friends. However, it quickly became apparent that we were destined for a much deeper relationship. Day by day we were drawn closer and closer together, and before we knew it we were spending every moment by each other's side. It wasn't long after we started dating that we knew this was forever. We grew deeper in love even when circumstances drove us to be many miles apart from each other. While our time in a long-distance relationship was a challenging trial it forged our relationship to be stronger than we could have possibly expected at the beginning of our journey together. We both understood that our love was ready to take the next and most important step, marriage, and here we are at the pinnacle moment of our journey together. However, this is not the end of our journey together because at the end of the path that leads down the aisle our next adventure is just beginning.
