To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. Kindly RSVP before Thursday, July 31st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a no as we will be sending the final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline. You will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(Your Name) & Guest." For families, it will list "The (Your Last Name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. You will be able to see the number of guests you can RSVP for. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is formal attire. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie, and women to wear an evening gown, ankle-length cocktail dress, or pantsuit. We would love for our guests to come dressed-to-impress! If you're thinking that your outfit choice may be too much, go for it. We want you to look and feel your best. For women, please refrain from wearing blue as we are hoping to reserve that color for our bridesmaids and moms. Additionally, the grass ceremony space is soft so stilettos might sink. If you would like to bounce outfit ideas off of us, we'd love to help!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The average weather in Temecula in September is a high of 89°F and a low of 63°F. We will provide handheld fans at the start of the ceremony to help keep guests cool.
The ceremony will be open seating, save for a few seats reserved for parents and grandparents. These will be marked. We are hoping that no aisle seats will be left empty so we can see your smiling faces in our photos. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know.
The ceremony will be starting at 5:00PM. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in, or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the party. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Guests can also leave their vehicles at the venue overnight. Vehicles must be picked up by 10AM the next morning.
We do not want anyone drinking and driving. The venue allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up by 10AM the next morning. We also recommend using rideshare apps if you plan on drinking.
We would love for everyone to be present and in the moment with us. Because of this, we will have a fully unplugged ceremony. This means that once the ceremony begins, please silence and put away all cell phones. However, feel free to take all of the photos and videos that you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding hashtag is #schimydowntheaisle so we can see all of your posts.
Yes! Appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour and dinner will be a buffet. Come ready to eat!
