The ceremony will be out doors and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family members will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for cocktail hour where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that to arrive half an hour before the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

There is free onsite parking right in front of the venue.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

There is a group rate available at the Holiday Inn Express Charleston NE Mount Pleasant 1104 Stockade Ln Mount Pleasant, SC 29466 United States Go to the Travel section on this website for more details about getting the group rate. We recommend staying here as there is a group rate and is only 10 minutes from the venue!

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please RSVP by March 20th, 2023. Details will be on invitations, but RSVPing will be done online.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Dunes West has a wheelchair ramp and an elevator.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

There will be an open bar and a buffet dinner following the ceremony.

When you RSVP, make a note if you have a dietary restriction so accommodations can be made ahead of time.
