When should I RSVP by?

Nov 27, 2021 Unfortunately our invitations went out late so we are extending the RSVP date to the 1st. if there's any questions or problems feel free to contact Laurie at 469-271-2194

Will the reception and ceremony be held in the same location?

Answer

Yes they will both be held at Arrowwood Wedding + Events

Will the ceromony and reception be held indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both will be outdoors, however there will be space heaters

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi formal We want everyone to feel fancy and look as good as we do lol The ceremony will be outdoors so I would recommend to consider shoe choices carefully

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Anytime after 2 will be fine

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is

Can I see the bride and/or groom before the ceremony starts?

Answer

We would prefer no one came to the bridal suite or grooms room as we're getting ready. We are more than happy to spend time with everyone at the reception.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Short answer yes However there will be security who will be checking IDs and has the power to cut people off if he feels they are too intoxicated. All minors will be refused service and the venue has stated they will remove people who give minors any alcohol.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special day and are more than happy to share any photos after we get the final product. Feel free to record and take photos during the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately due to venue size we are only able to invite a certain amount of people. We have only included 'plus ones' for those that are married/in a long term relationship.
