Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea is not mandatory at all. For those who would like to relax after a long flight and get a first look at the castle, please feel free to join us. You do not have to be staying at Dalhousie to attend.

Rehearsal Dinner

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, and suits

We would love for all of our guests to attend the Rehearsal Dinner, as we've only invited a small group of friends and family. The dinner will be a 3 Course meal held in the Orangery Restaurant of Dalhousie Castle.

The Wedding Ceremony

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The Wedding Ceremony will be held at Dalhousie's Historic Chapel located in the castle. And yes.... you can expect bagpipes

Reception Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The Wedding Reception will be held in the Dungeon Restaraunt of Dalhousie Castle. Guests will be served champaign and canapés while the Bride and Groom take photos after the ceremony before the Reception Dinner begins.

After Party

8:30 pm

After the reception, we're planning on heading back into the city for a few drinks and a little fun. If you would like to keep the party going, we invite you all to come hang out with us at a local pub (specifics TBD). Please feel free to kick off the heels and take off the ties before coming out. We want everyone to be comfy and have a great night! First round on us!
