This is BY FAR our most frequently asked question! The short answer is: the adventure and the views. Since we first met, many of our conversations have revolved around the places we want to go and things we want to see. We love new experiences and have always done very adventurous things together! We've gone hiking in Arizona, backpacking through the Appalachian mountains in the freezing cold rain, explored Santa Fe and went sledding in the Jemez mountains, car camping, fly fishing, kayaking, swam in many a swimming hole, etc etc. We could go on and on about the fun things we've done together! So we thought to ourselves, why should our wedding be any different? And why not experience it with the people we love the most in the beautiful state of Montana!
Welcome Dinner: Cocktail attire. We will be eating barbecue, so men may opt for a button down and pants while ladies may choose a short or midi dress or pants with a blouse. Kindly avoid light blue. Ceremony and Reception: Formal attire. For reference, our groomsmen will be wearing suits and our bridesmaids will be wearing floor length dresses. Farewell Brunch: Wear whatever you would like! This is a casual and fun brunch with friends and family.
Please RSVP to all events by August 9th. The earlier the better :)
Of course. Please inform us of all dietary restrictions and/or allergies as soon as possible.
Yes! We are registered on this website, Amazon, and Pottery Barn.
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We ask that guests start arriving at 4 PM so that everyone can be parked and seated with time to mingle.
Ladies, if you are planning on wearing heels, PLEASE wear a chunky heel, block heel, or something similar. The venue has lots of gravel and grass and a stiletto style heel will be very difficult to walk in.
Due to the intimate nature of our small wedding, the only guests invited are those who are addressed on your invitation. Please contact Lauren or Zach if you have any questions concerning your invitation!
