Jon & Lauren met as most love stories these days begin...online! Both Jon & Lauren were ready for something serious, so took to swiping left and right until they matched. After conversations flowed for a few weeks, they went on their first date at Macondo in the West Village. Friday night dinner is a bit risky on a first online date, however, their conversations seemed easy and both were hopeful there would be a connection. Sure enough there was and their story continued to grow from there. Jon was a no games kind of guy which Lauren appreciated, and they were quickly spending a ton of time together. Fast forward over two years later, after family vacations, international traveling, road trips, meeting each others families and even creating a home together in Brooklyn, Jon proposed on the Brooklyn Bridge! Lauren's family flew in from Michigan and Jon's family drove from Baltimore to share in the celebrations!
