Maid of Honor
Juliet has been my best friend since we were in middle school going to church camps together. She is as loyal and caretaking as they come. She has ran through my literal throw up to come hold my hair when I ate something bad at camp, and I have no doubt she would do it again. She has such a calling on her life, to show the love of Jesus in tangible caring ways, and I have gotten to watch her walk it out, as the amazing friend she is to me and others, then as a CNA caring for elderly patients, then in the Navy, and now as a mother to two cuties. Juliet - I love you and I'm so grateful to have you by my side for this milestone in my life.
Maid of Honor
I was introduced to sweet Mallory in college at App State in a church group. It took some time to warm up to the new girl (my fault) - but when I did, she was a breath of fresh air. She immediately stepped into my life in a real and vulnerable way and was such a blessing. I knew I could tell Mal anything and she would never judge me, she was such a safe place to process and heal - usually through laughter. She's a good time, has the best kind of humor, and the best thrifter I know. She is a servant and makes everyone feel so seen/heard. Mal, I love you and you've blessed me so much in this process, lets head to Texas and change my last name!
Matron of Honor
Ashley was one of my first friends from App State! She's as kind as they come, and equally as humble. I love her energy and joy - she celebrates and appreciates Jesus, life, and others so well. Ash is someone I love to call with good news because she ALWAYS matches your energy or even exceeds it, and she's also the friend you can can call when the world is too much, and she will meet you there too. She's my swiftie and my forever girl! Ashley - I love you and I am so thankful to have been by your side as you married Chris, & I couldn't imagine marrying Nate without you beside me!
Bridesmaid
I met Mallory at a Church event when God placed it on my heart to go and pray for her and another girl, that I didn't know at all. Since then, we've done ministry together and become best friends. She is a good time, and a serious prayer warrior. I mean it, she will shake the floors of heaven for the things that matter to her. I'll never get tired of going to get Japanese food with her, prayer walking/riding with her, or hearing her hilarious stories from work. Mal, you're a loyal pal & your prayers have carried me this far, I'm glad you'll be with me to tie the knot! I love ya!!
Bridesmaid
Kait is another of my very first App buddies and kinda sorta roomies, considering I spent most weekends for months on her couchbed, up til dawn, talking about everything. Those nights started our bond, and trials grew and refined our bond - and now she's a teammate for life in this race were running. The best way to describe Kait is humble. She is so sweet, gentle and a great listener- but it all stems from her humility and love for Jesus. Kaitlyn, you know the darkest parts of me and you look at me with so much grace and love - I am so so grateful to have you with me through this! I love you!
Bridesmaid
My "twin" was born 4 days before me, and we grew up less than a mile apart. We looked crazy similar as little girls, and were besties since preschool! My earliest memories involve her. Ive seen all of the stages of her life, and she's always been one of the most loving people I have ever known. Ive gotten to travel the world with her, stand by her side as she married Jacob, hold her adorable baby boy - & I can't wait to share this memory with her too. Mere was the first person I told that I was probably going to marry Nate, 5 years ago! Mere Mere, I love you like family and I'm so happy you'll be with me as I marry the boy I told you about in Israel.
Bridesmaid
Jill was another of the Apt K girlies who took me in (guess my apt taking forever to be built was actually a blessing) and was the first person to take me to comeback shack (so she kinda has a special place in my heart for that lol). Jill and I communicate through lots of laughter, and we can just give eachother a look, realize we're on the same page with something, and burst into laughing without a word spoken. Jill is a woman of conviction and authenticity and it's always made me respect and enjoy her presence so much. She is my spontaneous plans buddy, a sweet encourager, and is just as beautiful inside as she is outside. Jilly- I'm thankful for your voice and your fun spirit in my life, I can't wait for you to be with me on Nate & I's big day. I loveeeee you!
Best Man
I've known Drew since the day he was born lol. He is my only brother, so I guess he is my favorite! We have traveled the world together, so it only makes sense that he is my best man. Drew, you've been a great brother. Can't wait to have you stand by my side during this ceremony! Lauren in gaining an incredible brother!
Groomsman
I met Samuel when we both groomsmen in Chris and Ashley's wedding. He has been the best of friends during the worst of times. He gave me the platform to change my life for the better, and has been incredibly supportive of both Lauren and me. Samuel, I'm thankful for all you've done. Can't wait to celebrate in Texas!
Groomsman
I met Jacob at Mallory C's baptism. He has been a very loyal friend through highs and lows. He always knows how to light up a room or make me laugh (which was particularly helpful on a certain trip to Nashville). Strider, thank you for always being there, especially for the day I'm getting hitched!
Groomsman
I met Chris my freshman year of college at a church group. We became close very quickly and he ended up being my roommate for our junior year. He has taught be a lot of things that have stuck with me deeply throughout the years. Chris, I appreciate your friendship dearly. Super excited to celebrate later this summer!
Groomsman
I met Logan my freshman year of college, because we lived on the same floor. We really got close my 4th year of college when we began working at the same place. He's been and incredible friend and we always end up with a hilarious story to tell. Logan, I'm sad you can't make it to Texas, but we will celebrate in the Carolina's all the same (and at your wedding soon enough)!
Groomsman
Mason is Lauren's brother, so I've known almost as long as I've known Lauren. He's been super fun to hang out with the times that I have. His reaction to our engagement was by far my favorite! Mason, thank you for being there for our wedding and I can't wait to celebrate and gain another brother!
