Hotel
The Loews is one of our favorite hotels in the city, mainly for the gorgeous skyline views offered by its 33rd floor. The hotel also has a recently remodeled gym and spa space, and an excellent restaurant on the ground floor serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner (Bank & Bourbon).
Hotel
New micro-hotel with Mexican taqueria on the roof and a slightly more elevated Mexican restaurant on the ground floor. Great for those who pack light and don't plan on spending too much time in the room.

This hotel recently underwent a major renovation, and now features a tapas restaurant and cafe on the ground floor, as well as sophisticated rooms. The hotel is next to City Hall, and nearby all Center City attractions. Just about a 10-15 minute car ride away from the venue.
Travel Note
There are hundreds of Airbnbs throughout the city. If you're trying to stay close to the venue, search in South Philadelphia (neighborhoods such as East Passyunk, Pennsport, Queen Village, Bella Vista, and Point Breeze are viable options with bars, restaurants, and shops nearby).
Hotel
Go all out with this luxurious hotel on the top of the new Comcast Technology Center — the tallest building in Philadelphia. We can't afford to stay here, but if you can, by all means enjoy it (and invite us over to enjoy the 58th floor infinity pool and spa).
