What time will buses leave for the evening?

Answer

Buses will leave promptly at 4pm from both The Graduate Hotel and The Courtyard Richmond Scott's Addition to St. James's Episcopal Church. The Jefferson Hotel and the Quirk Hotel are within walking distance from The Graduate Hotel. Buses will also provide rides from the church, to the reception, and back to the hotels.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended to arrive to the ceremony 15 to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Street parking is available but limited for the wedding ceremony at St. James's Episcopal Church. There is a parking garage across the street for additional parking at the church. Valet services are provided. Limited self-parking will be available for the reception at The Country Club of Virginia - Westhampton. If choosing to self-park, you will be directed to park at Caddy Hill and will then be shuttled to the clubhouse.
