The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be indoors. If inclement weather prevents us from holding the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, they will be moved indoors.
The limited parking lots on the Senate Garage grounds and directly across North Front Street are available exclusively for our guests beginning at 5:00 pm. We will be providing transportation to the venue from the hotel, so feel free to leave your cars behind! Parking is not available overnight, so if you plan to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel, please make arrangements to have your car moved. The Best Western Plus is approximately a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away from the venue.
There will be a shuttle available to all guests to and from the venue and the Best Western Plus, which is the hotel with our wedding courtesy rate and the location of the after party. It's approximately a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the venue to this hotel. If you're not staying at the Best Western Plus, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements after the reception ends.

If you intend to stay at this hotel, we highly encourage you to book as soon as possible, as rooms book up incredibly quickly. We also recommend Hotel Kinsley (up the street from the venue), Courtyard Marriot in Kingston (15-minute drive), and AirBnB (plenty available in Kingston).

Please note: we ask that you do not use your cell phone for any reason during the ceremony. While we love that you want to document this moment for us, we're paying two wonderful photographers and a videographer to do that for us professionally. So, just sit back and enjoy!
