Rooms aren't typically available until the afternoon, but if you arrive early, the hotel can save your suitcases so that you can start enjoying your stay sooner than later! You'll receive your all-inclusive bracelets as soon as you check-in. Guests are able to purchase a day pass to Moon Palace - the Grand, which is a more luxurious part of the property that offers more amenities (water park, golf course). If you book 4 nights or more, the Moon Palace offers complementary transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The exact dollar amount will depend on your card/bank's exchange rate. You will input our names for the "Name of Bride and Groom" and your name for the "Name of the Owner of the Room." Include the dates you plan to stay (09/22-09/25 is the minimum, but you can stay longer if you want). Then click "pay" and when you proceed to checkout, there will be a box to put additional information. You technically can, however, you will have to pay a fee per person per event (3) to attend our wedding events upon arrival at the hotel. We request and strongly recommend that you reserve your stay through our wedding planner, Herick Lamas. This way your trip is protected in the event that the wedding needs to be postponed due to a hurricane or COVID. Additionally, booking your stay through our wedding planner helps us, which in turn impacts how much event time and how great of a wedding we can have with you all!
